When the project is finished, Liverpool Shopping Park (LSP) is on track to become Merseyside’s most prestigious retail and leisure destination. LSP will be one of the largest initiatives of its kind in the UK once completed, with approximately 700,000 square feet of rentable space. Phase One of the project began in October 2017, with construction on subsequent phases beginning in early 2019. Next, M&S Food Hall, River Island, H&M, Chiquito, TK Maxx, and Smyths Toys are among the high-profile companies represented in the shopping complex. Doric Road is only a 6-minute drive away or a 20-minute walk away. This could be a fantastic investment opportunity giving nice returns.  

The number of visitors to Liverpool Shopping Park increased by 50,439 in January 2019 compared to January 2018. The Derwent Group is preparing to begin building on phase two of Liverpool Shopping Park, which will add over 145,000 sq ft of new retail and leisure space to the Edge Lane site. The Derwent Group have invested £30 billion which compromises a leisure block on the ground floor that will have a six-screen cinema, a new state-of-the-art Hollywood Bowl, a gym, and five restaurant outlets. A 60,000-square-foot flagship retail shop and 16 smaller retail units will be housed in a separate building.

There are almost 1,850 parking places available, including spaces for disabled clients and parents with children. People enjoy going to the shopping centre on a regular basis. Whether it’s for grocery shopping, clothing buying, or just hanging out with friends, it’s in high demand.
