Our Story
Amy bought her first property in the Tuebrook area of Liverpool back in 2005. She had cleared her mortgage buy aged 40 and so remortgaged that first house to invest further. The strategy that she employed was 25% down and to also add capital through renovation. She now has a portfolio of properties in Wavertree, Tuebrook and Toxteth. Following her property success, she wanted to create a business that passed on the knowledge that she had gained over the years.

Liverpool Invest is prolific on social media with an active Instagram and Facebook page. On our Instagram reels, you can come with us on tours of Liverpool properties (mainly 2 and 3 bedroomed Victorian terraces) and explore the local areas virtually. Watch this space, as we are about to bring to you a YouTube channel where we take you on a tour of the different areas of Liverpool that are great to invest in.
