Wavertree Technology Park is a technology park located between the city centre and the M62 motorway in Wavertree, Liverpool, England.

Northern trains on the Liverpool to Manchester Line stop at Wavertree Technology Park Railway Station, which serves Liverpool’s suburbs. Each hour, five trains go eastbound from Wavertree Technology Park, one to Manchester Victoria, Warrington Bank Quay, and Manchester Airport via Piccadilly, and two to Wigan Northwestern. The airport service is a one-way express service with only a few stops. Their regular timetables cover the most popular routes around the country, so you’ll get there whether you’re commuting or travelling off-peak. Traveling by train has several advantages, one of which is that you will always be comfortable. Relax with the onboard Wi-Fi, watch a movie on the TV, or order a food or beverage from the At-seat Order service. They now have an easy-to-use train times feature, so you can access live arrival and departure times in the station or on the go, to make your journey as peaceful as possible.

Every 30 minutes, Northern Rail runs a train from Liverpool Lime Street to Wavertree Technology Park. The travel takes 6 minutes and tickets range from £2 to £4. Alternatively, every 20 minutes, Arriva Merseyside runs a bus from Liverpool ONE Bus Station to Wavertree, Southdale Road. The travel takes 19 minutes and tickets range from £1 to £2. This route is also served hourly by Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire.

The station has a ticket office that is open during operating hours, seven days a week (05:15 – midnight Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 23:45 Sunday). On each side of the platform, there are waiting shelters with digital display screens, customer support desks, and an automated public address system that broadcasts train information. Both platforms are fully accessible for mobility-impaired persons, with lifts from the footbridge (which has stepped access from the main entrance and car park).

Investing near Wavertree Technology Park

The Mindale Road offers plenty of 2-bedroom terraced housing for outstanding prices between £45,000 to £100,000. Other types of houses include Detached, Semi Detached and Flats. This is also a 15-minute drive away from the Royal Albert Docks which has a Great array of cafes, bars, and restaurants. If you visit, take the yellow explorer bus; it will take you everywhere and is extremely interesting; the price is affordable; and your ticket is valid for 24 hours; you will not be disappointed. Mindale road is also near great pubs such as Kelly’s Dispensary and exploring such as Williamson’s tunnels.

Another road that is nearby is Northdale Road. Over the last year, the average price of homes on Northdale Road has been £128,000. Overall, sold prices on Northdale Road were 4% lower than the previous year and close to the peak of £128,000 in 2019.  This dip will catch investor’s attention due to value and sparks as a great opportunity.
