Southport is a large city with a long coastline and a coastal resort. Southport beach is only a 10-minute walk from Southport train station, which has excellent rail connections to the rest of the country. Whether you wish to drive or not, the coastline and beach are both reasonably accessible.

Formby

Formby is one of Merseyside’s most affluent suburbs, with Shireburn Road, the county’s most expensive road, among its attractions.
